The investment objective of the Fund is to maximize absolute returns through current income on liquid investments. The fund will seek to achieve its investment objective primarily by investing directly or indirectly in fixed income instruments and money market instruments. The fund will establish strict risks and procedural controls in connection with the selection of the investment instruments. Notwithstanding the above, the fund will be flexibly managed and is not subject to any stated investment restrictions or limitations. The fund reserves the right to invest in money market instruments, other debt instruments (public or private) or investment funds as well as to hold cash non-invested.
